Printable question banks are sold through Ko-fi as instantly delivered digital files, priced in Canadian dollars. Because the file is delivered immediately, all sales are final once the download link has been delivered. If you experience a technical problem (a corrupted or inaccessible file, or a duplicate purchase), contact us at lidbil515@gmail.com within 14 days and we will fix the file or refund you in full. This does not limit any right you have under the consumer protection law that applies to you.
